So I think I’m going to get to work on the strip transcription project for PVPOnline.com, which is pretty awesome (to me).
It’s not a paid gig or anything, though apparently there will be freebies and swag. He’s moving to a new site, and unfortunately the archive system for the current setup isn’t that great so he’s asked for volunteers to help transcribe the entirety of PVPOnline’s history in text form so that the data entry folks can make the archives searchable. It may seem lame to want to do something like this for free, but I’ve always been a huge fan of PVPOnline and being able to take part in moving it to a better site is pretty rad in my book.
Plus it’ll give me something to work on with all of this goddamned free time I have.
